Training and Placement Process

At TungaBadra Networks, our comprehensive Training and Placement Program is designed to help you secure a career in networking. Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Process

1. Hands-On Learning:
   Upon completing the CCNA course, students must finish all labs and participate in real-time project sessions to strengthen their practical skills.

2. Mock Interviews:
   Once the labs and projects are completed, candidates will undergo a mock interview conducted by our expert, Ramesh, to assess their readiness.

3. Resume Preparation:
   After the mock interview, students are guided to create a professional resume by following our resume-building video guidelines. Once completed, send your resume to support@tungabadranetworks.com.

4. Job Placements:
   We refer your profile to companies we collaborate with and notify you once it is recommended. To increase your chances of being noticed, upload your resume daily to platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Hai, Hirist, and Indeed by 9:00 AM.

5. Interview Support:
   Notify us of any interview calls you receive so we can help you prepare for the specific requirements of the job.

Additional Features

• Real-Time Project Experience:
  Based on your existing experience, we provide real-world projects where you will learn to handle issues at both the protocol and hardware levels.

  • Understand and troubleshoot P1 and P2 cases.

  • Gain insights into handling protocols like OSPF and BGP and other protocols.

  • Wil provide you hardware level troubleshooting such as routers and switches.

  • Learn the process of engaging with different teams when troubleshooting.

• Interview Preparation:

  • Scenario-Based Training: Prepare for technical interviews with real-world examples and challenges.

  • Situational Questions: Get ready for manager-round questions with practical scenarios and guidance.

Placement Support

• After course completion, connect with our Placement Officers for:

  • Resume preparation

  • Interview practice

  • Company coordination

• For working professionals shifting from non-technical roles:
  → Offer letter, payslips, and relieving letters must be submitted to the placement team and client.

Interview & Certification Process

• Round 1 – HR Interview: Communication & attitude check

• Round 2 – Technical Interview: Subject knowledge evaluation

• Round 3 – Instructor Evaluation: Final technical assessment

• After clearing all rounds → Digital Course Completion Certificate will be issued.

• Only students who clear our internal interview process will be referred to companies.
