Sr.NOC Engineer
Position Closed Hyderabad(Gachibowli) Full-time 7-11 LPA 5 Years
Own network uptime as a business outcome. This role runs 24x7 monitoring and incident response across Tiyatel’s FTTH, IBS and enterprise footprint, and is accountable for SLA performance, capacity, upstream vendor performance, regulatory compliance and the technical quality of the NOC team. The Senior NOC Engineer is the final technical escalation point before the Head of Operations.
What You'll Do
- • Network uptime percentage against target
- • Mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to restore (MTTR)
- • SLA compliance on enterprise circuits and value of SLA credits paid out
- • Percentage of incidents detected proactively before the customer reported them
- • Repeat-incident rate and RCA closure rate
- • Provisioning accuracy — enterprise circuits delivered right first time
- • Change success rate and unplanned outages caused by change
- • Ticket closure quality and turnaround time
- • Documentation and configuration-backup currency
What We're Looking For
- 1) Need 5–8 years in an ISP or telecom NOC, including at least 3 years on FTTH/GPON networks and 1 year in a senior or lead capacity.
- 2) BE/ B. Tech (ECE/CSE/IT) or Diploma with a strong hands-on record.
- 3) CCNA mandatory; CCNP, MTCNA/MTCRE or JNCIA strongly preferred.
