Practice Lead-Networking

Own and drive the Network Practice roadmap in alignment with the overall IMSS business strategy.Lead the design and implementation of enterprise network architectures, including SD-WAN, SASE, LAN/WAN, and cloud networking solutions.Manage Pre-Sales and Solutioning activities, including RFP responses, BOM preparation, solution design, client presentations, and technical discussions.Take ownership of the Practice P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, resource utilization, budgeting, and capacity planning.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Network Architects, Consultants, and Senior Engineers. Drive innovation through Network Automation, NetDevOps, AIOps, Ansible, Python, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.
