Network engineer
Active Banglore Full-time 4 - 5 years Based on perfromace
Responsible for L2 support of cybersecurity and network security systems, including NGFW, VPN, WAF, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, and escalations. Coordinates with L1, L3, and OEM teams to resolve issues within SLA.
What You'll Do
- Provide L2 support for cybersecurity and network security systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot NGFW, VPN, and WAF issues.
- Handle security incidents, alerts, and escalations.
- Perform firewall configurations and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor systems using monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and security-related issues.
- Coordinate with L1, L3, and OEM teams for complex issues.
- Ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines.
- Maintain proper incident and configuration documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Male & Female
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. (CS/IT)
- L2 Experience: 4 - 5+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in Cyber Security systems and operations
- L2 Support: 24×7 shift
- L2 General Shift: General shift
