What You'll Do
- Provide L2 support for network, security, and wireless infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change implementations.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendor support teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver timely customer support.
- Support network upgrades, maintenance activities, and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Network Security and Wireless Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, Firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with Cisco and Aruba Wireless technologies.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and network monitoring tools.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, or related certifications are preferred.
