· Provide Level 1 technical support for Juniper and Ruckus networking products. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues reported by customers and partners.Assist in the maintenance of networking solutions. · Escalate technical issues to the next level. Maintain accurate documentation of support cases, resolutions, and best practices. Knowledge-sharing activities for internal teams. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to aid in cases when data belongs to their vertical.Stay updated with the latest software and hardware launches including industry trends related to Juniper and Ruckus networking products.
What You'll Do
- The Technical Support Executive (L1-Trainee) will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for Juniper and Ruckus networking products. This role requires troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support. The candidate must have a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software, with experience in Juniper and Ruckus products being an advantage.
What We're Looking For
- · Hands-on in handling enterprise networking equipment.
- · Knowledge of cloud-managed networking solutions.
- · Certified with either or both: Juniper (JNCIA – Junos/JNCIA-SEC/JNCIA-MistAI) and Ruckus (RCWA/RCNI).
