Junior NOC Engineer

The Junior Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high network availability and reliable broadband services. The role involves proactively monitoring network performance, identifying and troubleshooting network issues, responding to service incidents, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required. The engineer will work closely with technical, field, and customer support teams to ensure timely fault resolution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
What You'll Do
- Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN).
- Understanding of network monitoring concepts.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
